Our Story:

Welch & Sandon Design, LLC was established in Mesa, Arizona in January 2015 as a full service Electrical Consulting Engineering firm. Our office has established relationships and the ability to coordinate Mechanical and Plumbing Engineering with some of the best firms in Arizona to offer complete M, P, and E services.

Our philosophy is to build successful projects and relationships with our clients. For this purpose, each and every project is managed by a Principle in the firm, from the writing of a contract to its completion, to guarantee effective design, coordination, and schedule.

Welch & Sandon Design, LLC is pleased to offer the following services to our clients:

·         Electrical Design including electrical infrastructure, power distribution, equipment connections, lighting design, lighting controls, photometric studies, and  generator back-up.

·         Electrical Construction Documents for submittal to the local authority for permitting and construction.

·         Construction Administration including electrical submittal review, on-site project meetings during the course of construction, and final Punch Lists.

·         Special Electrical Inspections
